Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Theater. Following her move from Missouri to Los Angeles in 2004, she became involved in the theatre arts. She was involved in acting and producing over 20 musicals. The productions include The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan for The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was able to land movie and television roles after she studied improvisation and became a Theatre West company member. Her voice and petite stature have enabled Kelly to be able to play a variety of diverse characters. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts' evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most well-known role is as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a series regular on TV the sitcom of Land The Exes from 2011 to 2015. She played Kelly as the paralegal by day and party hopper by late at night. As well, she was an Regular in ABC Romantically Challenged where she was the charming sassy younger sibling to Alyssa Miano. She also played the suburban mom who's over-stressed in CW No Tomorrow. Sopranos voices have been heard in numerous shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been seen as the dim but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. She is married with two young kids and lives in a quiet home. She enjoys writing as well as sew, and she also volunteers in schools.
